Delivery & Delivery Time

Free shipping from €60. For amounts under € 60,- we use a shipping price of € 3.95 within NL.
For orders under €60 to Belgium we charge €8.95. The rest of the EU is €11.95 under €60.

Shipping takes place within 1 to 2 business days. All our packages are sent securely via DHL or DPD.
After shipment you will receive a message with your track & trace code and you can follow the package to the front door.
Our delivery party DHL or PostNL does its best to deliver packages the next day. 

Payment methods

At Ziamli you can pay securely with the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• Paypal
• Credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

As soon as you start checking out, you will enter a secure internet environment.

State-of-the-art security and encryption tools are used.

This way you are protected against online fraud as much as possible.

Returns

Not satisfied with your order?... You can return your purchase within 14 days.
Send an email to return@ziamli.com with your order number and the item you want to return. 
You will then receive the address details by e-mail, so that you can return the package. 

After processing your return you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. 
The return amount will be refunded within 7 days after processing. 

Note :
•  Items must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged.
•  Return costs are for the sender.
•  You are responsible for the shipment yourself. Therefore, keep your proof of shipment well.
•  Yoni eggs, after breaking the hygiene seal, can't be returned due to hygienic reasons.

All products are handled with care and attention.
We do everything we can to send your order nicely and well packed to you. 
We therefore hope that you are genuinely happy with your ordered items.
